Delivery — The Pawfect Journey! 🐾

Hey there, hooman! 🐶

We've teamed up with DPD Nationwide Courier Service to get your dog's favourite raw food delivered straight to your doorstep.

Every order travels in temperature-controlled packaging with thermal liners, helping keep those tasty meals fresh and fabulous on their journey.

Because nobody wants a soggy supper!

🦴 Delivery Charges — No Ruff Surprises!

We calculate delivery charges based on the weight of your order, and you'll see the cost at checkout.

No complicated calculations. No chasing your tail. Just straightforward delivery!

And here's a little treat: FREE delivery on orders over £99! 🎉

That's more delicious dinners for your dog and one less thing for you to worry about.

We aim to get your order to you within 2–4 working days.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday, excluding bank holidays.

Once your parcel leaves our paws, DPD's next-day delivery service takes over.

Your dog might start waiting by the door. We take no responsibility for excessive tail-wagging!

DPD will send you an email or text with your delivery details and a handy one-hour delivery window.

You can even track your parcel on a map!

It's basically a game of fetch, except this time the delivery driver does all the running.

Even the best delivery dogs have their limits!

DPD doesn't deliver on bank holidays, and our standard delivery service doesn't cover:

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order.

Once your parcel is on its way, we can't change the delivery address.

We also recommend choosing a safe delivery location or arranging for someone to receive your order.

Unfortunately, SMACHE can't accept responsibility for parcels stolen after delivery.

That's everything you need to know about getting your dog's favourite grub delivered.

Now sit back, relax and let the courier games begin!
